THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the Government notification issued by the Government of Karnataka dated 28.09.2017 in so far as it excludes the permit holders who obtained permits/additional trips on inter- state routes after 14.01.2002 as per the inter-state agreement dated 01.09.1975.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that renewal has been granted to the petitioner’s permit subsequent to filing of the writ petition and the petitioner is operating in the routes assigned.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. In the result, writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
