2. It is the case of the petitioner that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.549 of 2015 for an offence under Section 307 IPC on 19.09.2015 and thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the case was registered as early as on 19.09.2015, the present criminal original petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.549 of 2015 and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate in the investigation and produce necessary documents to enable the respondent to file final report.
