JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though the prayer is for a direction to transfer the FIR in Crime No.168 of 2016 to the CBCID or CBI or any other investigating agency, the learned counsel for the petitioner now confines his prayer to the extent of a direction for early disposal of the matter.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in Crime No.168 of 2016 pending on his file and file final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
