The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. T-20151506031344 of 2015 (Qutubudeen vs. Yusuf) under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. T- 20151506031344 of 2015 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
