Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the records.
The applicant is involved in case crime no. 442 of 2014, under Sections 307, 504, 506, 120-B IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Jhansi.
Learned counsel for the applicant has admitted that Sessions Trial No. 189 of 2017 arises out of Case Crime No. 442 of 2014, under Sections 307, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act. Learned counsel for the applicant by means of supplementary affidavit, has brought on record the order of this Court dated 16.03.2018 passed in Application (U/s 482 Cr.P.C.) No. 8572 of 2018, whereby, the proceedings of S.T. No. 189 of 2017 have been quashed on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.
In view of the above, no more proceedings in connection with case crime number in question is pending and have come to an end.
In view of the above, the present bail application has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
