The contention is that post retiral benefits of the applicant had not been paid, despite direction of the writ Court contained in the order dated 02.01.2017 in Writ Petition No. 59534 of 2016.
Copy of this order was sent to the opposite party on 11.01.2017. More than 2 months have elapsed but no action has been taken by the Senior Superintendent of Jail, District Jail Banda.
Issue notice to the opposite party fixing 17.05.2017 In case, the order of the writ Court has not been complied with by the date fixed in the notice, the opposite party shall appear in person.
