Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ram Babu Yadav for the Gaon Sabha and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Assistant Collector states that the proceedings instituted under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, which have remained pending since 2017, shall be concluded with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. It is further stated that the proceedings shall be taken forward with due notice to respondent No. 6 and other affected persons.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
