Mr.P.S.Raman, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Manishankar, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would jointly submit that fresh inspection has been conducted by the respondent and necessary orders are likely to be passed on the application of the petitioner seeking C Form licence.
3. Considering the above representation made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner seeking “C”Form Licence, according to law at the earliest. No costs.
