ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, direction or more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in registering the case in Cr.No.105 of 2006, dated 26.09.2006 and Cr.No.91 of 2006, dated 27.09.2006 on the reports lodged by respondents 3 and 4 respectively in spite of stay of the order of the District Collector, Nellore granted by the Government of A.P., dated 18.04.2006 in Memo No.3586/CV2/2006-1 in the appeal filed by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary unjust and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and provisions of A.P. (STs, STs and BCs) issue of Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificate Act, 1993 and Rules thereunder and consequently to set aside both the FIRs bearing Nos.105 of 2006, dated 26.09.2006 and Cr.No.91 of 2006 dated 27.09.2006.”
At the hearing, Sri V. Siva Prasad Reddy representing Sri M.Venkatanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, WPMP.No.20083 of 2007 and WVMP.No.1856 of 2008 are also dismissed.
