On the last occasion, this matter was adjourned with the Court clarifying that since it is of 2005, it would not be passed over on the next occasion. Despite that order an illness slip has been sent yet again by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view thereof, the prayer for adjournment is refused.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
