Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The petitioner, who claims that he was student of B.T.C. during academic sessions 2016-17 and 2017-18, has filed the instant writ petition seeking a mandamus commanding respondents no.2 and 3 to reimburse fee payable for the said course as per Government scheme.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the claim of the petitioner is still pending before the authorities.
Learned standing counsel states that respondent no.4 will examine the grievance of the petitioner within such time as may be directed by this Court.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.4 alongwith certified copy of this order and in which event, respondent no.4 shall decide the claim of the petitioner by means of a speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within next twelve weeks.
