Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been filed for direction upon the Court of ACJM/Civil Judge (Sr. Div.)-3, Gorakhpur to decide complaint case no.10362 of 2014 (Pushpa Vs. Jagat), under section 138 of N.I. Act, within stipulated period.
The proceedings under Section 138 of N.I. Act are to be dealt with expeditiously. It is expected that the court concerned shall endeavour to bring the said proceedings to its logical conclusion expeditiously, without entertaining unnecessary adjournment unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed off.
