None appears to press this writ petition which has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"I. To direct the Court's below to decide the Case No. 574 of 2016 (Computerize Case No. T2016143601574), Smt. Pushpa Devi Versus Ram Ashre, under Section 34/40 U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil-Shahganj, Distrcit-Jaunpur as exepditiously as possible within a stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2016 has not been disposed of finally till date.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the Court concerned may endeavour to decide the matter expeditiously.
However it shall ensure that other matters of similar nature that have remained pending for a greater period of time must necessarily be afforded precedence.
