This is a writ petition filed against the order passed under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (in short, the SARFAESI Act). Against the orders passed under section 13 (4) and 14, the petitioner has a remedy of filing an application under section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. In view of the alternative statutory efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
