Sri J. Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner in both the cases arising out of the same suit reported that he got telephonic instructions that the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat between the parties and consequently the Civil Revision Petitions need not be pursued.
Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as unnecessary without costs.
