Concerned Medical Officer is present. As per his opinion, convict prisoner is required to undergo CT Scan PNS report for further treatment of his illness. It is submitted by learned APP, Ms.C.M.Shah on instructions of Medical Officer that this facility is not available in Bhuj General Hospital but the applicant could be referred to Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, for the said report.
Under the circumstances, Jail Authority is directed to take necessary steps for carrying out the above referred test of the applicant at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad.
In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant does not press this application.
This application stands disposed of as not pressed.
