Heard Sri learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Nafees Ahmad, the learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Sri Imran Khan, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.14 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Belghat, District- Gorakhpur with the prayer to enlarge her on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail which is opposed by the father of the applicant, the Court takes into consideration the fact that Dharmendra Kumar the alleged paramour of the applicant, has in great detail setforth the manner in which the crime was perpetrated. The statement of Dharmendra Kumar and the manner in which the deceased was done to death, is in accord with the findings as recorded in the post mortem report. Bearing in mind the diabolical nature of the crime, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
