According to the petitioner he sent a representation on 30.06.2011 requesting the respondents, not to erect any electric pole in his agricultural land, for which though the first respondent vide letter dated 09.09.2017 replied that poles are erected only on the side of the road, but erected the poles in his land. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication, since the representation of the petitioner was rejected.
3.Recording such submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
