By means of this writ petition,the petitioner claims that respondent No.4 who is a private individual has taken possession over the house of the petitioner and, therefore, a direction be issued to the police authorities to evict respondent no.4 from the property. Such a direction cannot be issued in in writ proceedings.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
