1. The parties have already compromised and they shall act as per the said compromise placed on record before this Court. The plaintiffs,namely Smt. Priyanka Pandey and Smt. Usha Devi have filed the suit as co-petitioners and hence the parties shall abide by the compromise.
2. This suit is decided as per the compromise dated 26.6.2013 and the mutual compromise which is made a part of this order of this Court. This suit shall stand decreed in terms of compromise. Decree be drawn likewise.
3. This Court is thankful to Sri Santosh Kumar Pandey- who appears in this matter as party in person on behalf of one of the petitioner assisted by Sri A.K. Mehrotra-Advocate and Sri G.S. Chaturvedi, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Samit Gopal, learned counsel for other party in getting this old matter disposed off by way of alternative dispute redressal.
4. The suit stands decreed in terms of the compromise.
