JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The corpus is before us. She states that she is married to the petitioner and the marriage was performed on 27.01.2011. According to her, it was agreed between her and the petitioner that they would not disclose the factum of marriage till she completes her study. She is presently studying in 3rd Year B.Sc., and she wants to complete her education. She states that there was no element of confinement or detention by her father or mother. However, she also states that now she wants to go and stay with the petitioner. The father of the corpus Bhikhabhai is also present in the Court and he also states that he does not mind the corpus going and staying with the petitioner. He of course is aggrieved by the fact that the corpus and the petitioner got marriage without taking him in confidence.
2. In view of the fact that the corpus has attained majority. She is free to go and stay with the petitioner. The petitioner is also ready to take her with him. He states that he will cooperate with the corpus in completing her education. It is also agreed that all original certificates, etc., of the corpus which are lying with her father will be handed over by her father to Police Inspector Mr. R.P. Kapadia of Ranip Police Station, who, in turn, will pass over the same to the corpus.
3. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
