Heard Sri K.P. Verma, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is first informant in the case. She has lodged F.I.R. against her husband who is deliberately not cooperating with the trial and on account of his non- appearance, the trial has not progressed. The charge was framed on 6.12.2017.
Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the courts below to decide and conclude the trial of the Criminal Case No. 890 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.313 of 2015 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabd in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
