Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petitioner has been preferred seeking a direction for the petitioner being permitted to join as Gramin Rozgar Sevak in the concerned village.
Undisputedly the petitioner has not been appointed on the post till date. He was only empanelled in a list which was prepared in 2008.
The Court further notes that although reference is made to certain reports submitted in 2018 and touching upon the validity of the appointment of the fifth respondent, no challenge has been laid to his appointment either.
Accordingly and for the reasons aforenoted, this Court finds no ground to entertain the writ petition which shall consequently stand dismissed.
