When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for respondent is not present. Ms. Verma, learned advocate for the petitioner is present.

Under order dated 14.2.2012 office was directed to issue Notice which was made returnable on 29.2.2012. However, reply affidavit has not been filed until now.

As a last chance time to file affidavit is granted until 21.3.2012. The respondent shall file affidavit on or before the said date.

For further hearing proceedings are adjourned to 29.3.2012. In the meanwhile if petitioner wants to file any rejoinder the same can be filed.
