Heard learned advocate for the applicants and it is submitted that the applicants are residing at Ahmedabad and the complainant is stationed at Surat and in addition to above the nature of allegations made in the complaint would not constitute any offence and ingredients of the offence is qua the applicants and considering the above aspects and attending circumstances, I am inclined to issue notice making it returnable on 17.2.2012.

Direct service qua respondent No.1. Learned APP, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
