Record shows that the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 31.05.2018 subject to the petitioners' depositing a sum of Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court within one month from the date of order and it was further directed that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing.
The report the Mediation & Conciliation Centre dated 31.08.2018 indicates that the parties are not willing for the mediation.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
