Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to interfere in order dated 23.08.1994 as well as possession over the land in dispute of the petitioners because petitioners have got possession from the order dated 23.08.1994 passed by the respondent no. 2 and further stay the effect and operation of the application dated 05.10.2018 under section 42A of U.P. Consolidation of Holding Act bearing application no. 22 of 2019, pending before the Consolidation Officer Mathura/ respondent no. 3 otherwise the applicants/ petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and which can not be compensated in any terms of money."
The prayer made in the writ petition is totally vague and no relief can be granted to the petitioners on such prayer.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that present writ petition be dismissed with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with the proper prayer.
Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
