JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without having any rhyme or reasons the petitioner is directed by the second respondent police to appear before them and there is no offence committed by the petitioner.

2. On the other hand, the leraned Additional Public Prosecutor stoutly refuted the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner himself is an accused and his presence is required for conducting an enquiry.
3. To give quietus, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 12.06.2017, on which date, the respondent police shall conduct the enquiry. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
