(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) This appeal is not heard even for admission, even though it appears to be pending since May 2010 and adjourned from time to time at the admission stage. Learned counsel, Mr. D.M.Barot, again sought time on the ground that parties were negotiating for a settlement. Therefore, the hearing is adjourned, for the last time, to 14.02.2012 upon the statement that in case, no settlement is arrived at the appeal shall be argued on that date.
