By this application, the applicant seeks vacation of interim relief granted in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14210 of 2007.
A perusal of the record of the case indicates that after hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties at length, this Court by an order dated 4.3.2008, had confirmed the interim relief granted earlier. Under the circumstances, there is no question of vacating the interim relief at this stage. However, on request made by the learned advocate for the applicant, Registry is directed to list Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.14210 of 2007 for final hearing in the week commencing on 26th March, 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
