Heard Sri Sadhu Sharan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 01.07.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.5109 of 2021 (Prem Shankar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
