Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file a petition under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 alongwith copy of the writ court order.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
