1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not want to press prayer No. 1 to the petition and consequently his prayer with regard to payer no. 1 of the petition is rejected.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner was initially appointed as Class-IV employee in the respondent's College in the year 1991 and retired after 38 years of services on 31.01.2019.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that his pension has wrongly been fixed considering his pay to be Rs. 18500/- while in fact it was of Rs. 19050/.
5. It has been submitted that due to wrong fixation of the pension he is receiving less amount of pension and this also affects his other post retiral dues. It is further submitted that in this regard petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 30.12.2019 (Annexure No. 4) which has not been decided so far.
6. It has been submitted that claim of the petitioner substantially redressed in in case respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the grievances of the petitioner as raised by means of his representation dated 30.12.2019 expeditiously.
7. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
8. Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2019 (Annexure No. 4) expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
