Petitioner has retired on 31st March, 2017, and the retiral dues has also been paid to him in October, 2017.
This Court finds that there is no unusual delay in release of retiral dues to the petitioner. The prayer made to direct the respondents to consider claim of petitioner for payment of interest, in such circumstances, is not liable to be entertained.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
