Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner claims has been rejected on the ground that his aadhar card is not updated. The respondent shall consider the claim on the basis of this petition which would be considered to be as a fresh representation.
The order dated 20.03.2021 is quashed. A fresh order would be passed by the respondent authorities within eight week's from today.
This petition shall also be considered representation as prima- facie the aadhar card has been uploaded.
With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
