Having considered the application forwarded by the applicant-accused through jail, so also considering the submissions advanced by learned APP and the order dated 29.05.2012, passed by the concerned jail authority, the instant application is dismissed.

However, the applicant-convict shall be made aware about his right to get services through the Jail Legal Aid Cell.
