Pravin vs State

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.

Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.

The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to recover the amount which has been given by him to his relative.

It appears from the jail report that convict was released earlier and he has surrendered late by 54 days.

Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be granted. Therefore, application is not granted. Rule discharged.
