The following substantial questions of law arise for determination:-

Whether the suit for permanent injunction was legally competent without a prayer for decree for possession of the suit plot?

Whether the lower appellate court was justified in considering new points not raised or canvassed in the plaint without the same having been considered or tried by the trial court?

Whether the courts below were justified in granting relief beyond the relief claimed in the plaint?
