This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the petitioner may be allowed to work as Junior Engineer, Regulated Area Chandpur, District Bijnor.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition even in the revised call. It appears that the impugned order does not suffer from any manifest error of law.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a recall application within three days if he feels that the writ petition still survives.
