The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the Appellate Court is not deciding the Appeal No.C-20170500219 (Prateek Baranwal & Anr. Vs. Madan Kumar Baranwal & Ors.) which was filed under section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the judgment and decree passed in the declaratory Suit. He, therefore, prays that the Appeal may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal No.C- 20170500219 (Prateek Baranwal & Anr. Vs. Madan Kumar Baranwal & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
