Pratap vs State

By way of present application, filed through jail, the applicant has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of sickness of his father.

Heard Mr.H.L. Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State and also perused papers produced before me. It appears from the jail report that the applicant was convicted for two different offences. The jail conduct of the applicant is not good. No sound ground is found in the application to entertain. Hence, the present application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed.
