The petitioner has approached this court on account of inaction on the part of the Respondents to take measures pursuant to Ext.P2 judgement of this court. It is submitted that hearing is scheduled on 14.10.2014. 2. In view of the matter, there shall be a direction to 2nd Respondent to expedite the proceedings and finalise the matter pursuant to Ext.P2 judgement within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
