Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to direct the respondents to make the revaluation/scrutiny of answer book to Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in this regard an application has already been made by the petitioner before the respondent No.4-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj Allahabad (Prayagraj) on 28.8.2018. The petitioner has also submitted a bank draft of Rs.2,000/- as required in this regard. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that in spite of the fact that a considerable time has already been lapsed neither answer-sheet of the petitioner was revaluated nor petitioner was given any information in this regard by the respondent.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent No.4-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj Allahabad (Prayagraj) along-with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent No.4 is directed to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a further period of three weeks.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
