Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner assails an order of transfer. That order is not shown to fall foul of any statutory provision or the terms and condition of service. The Court also bears in mind that undisputedly the petitioner has remained posted at Aligarh for the past more than 13 years. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order of transfer.
The writ petition fails and shall stand dismissed. This order, however, shall not preclude the petitioner from pursuing any representation that he chooses to make.
