[1] It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that present applicant is released on bail by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.3164 of 2012. While granting bail to the applicant, certain conditions were imposed. One of the condition was to deposit Rs.20 lacs with the Trial Court within a period of four months from the date of release. It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant accused on instruction that the applicant accused is not able to deposit Rs.20 lacs as per order dated 22.03.2012 passed by this Court and so it is requested to modify this condition.
[2] It is pertinent to note that on the basis of statement made by learned advocate for the applicant, condition was imposed and bail was granted to the applicant.
[3] In view of above, question does not arise to entertain this application and modify the condition. The application is rejected. Rule discharged.
