This Special Civil Application is required to be disposed of by following direction, as agreed by learned advocate appearing for the parties.
The petitioner shall apply afresh for passport and on his making such an application the requisite opinion/report may be obtained and passport authority may assess it on its own as to whether the petitioner is fit person to be given passport and in case, if the decision of passport authority is adverse on any account, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of fresh petition.
In view of this, petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. No costs.
