Heard Sri Ashutosh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Sessions Judge, District Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide and conclude the Sessions Trial No.142 of 2019 (Pramod vs. Sushma and others) arising out of Complaint Case No.3050 of 2018, under Sections 120-B, 306 I.P.C., Police Station Sihani Gate, District Gautam Buddh Nagar within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to decide and conclude the Sessions Trial No.142 of 2019 in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
