Counsel for the applicant, after arguing the matter for sometime, wants to withdraw this bail application. He, however, submits that a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
Learned State Counsel has no objection to this proposition.
The applicant is permitted to withdraw this bail application. The trial Court is directed to make all endeavour for concluding the trial expeditiously.
