This writ petition has been filed to restrain the authorities from interfering with petitioner's possession over plot no.
475 area 0.1900 situated in Gram Piwari, Post Bhavipur, Tehsil Bisauli, District Budaun. It is stated that repeated exercise of demarcation is being undertaken by the authorities of the State.
The allegations in the writ petition are wholly vague and there appears to be a dispute with respect to demarcation of petitioner's land with certain individuals who have not been arrayed as a party respondent in the writ petition.
In the event demarcation exercise is undertaken by the authorities as per law, we find no reason to interfere with it. No specific instance otherwise is disclosed of any arbitrary action on part of the State authorities.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
