Heard learned counsel for the applicants; the learned A.G.A. for the State; and have perused the record.
The present application has been filed for quashing of the proceeding of Complaint Case No. 933 of 2015, under Sections 147, 323 I.P.C., pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah.
The allegations in the complaint and the statements made in support thereof do make out a prima facie case for drawing proceeding against the applicants. Accordingly, no case for quashing of the proceeding is made out.
The application is dismissed.
